The Kentucky Improving Schools and Districts Productivity Conference will be held on November 10, 2011 at 9:00 a.m., at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky.  Below is an attached agenda for your reference.

The Kentucky Improving Schools and Districts Productivity Conference is a professional growth opportunity for school district administrators and other education partners interested in improving the management and operation of their schools and districts.  Participants will:

- hear from local school districts about their "best practices" in improving productivity;
- learn from national award winner on how to improve processes and - practices in schools and districts; and
- learn how to do "more with less" by focusing on "the New Normal".
