2008 District & Building Assessments

Building assessments explain the relative building conditions for each facility using the following descriptors:
          •  1 - Excellent (new, generally less than 10 years)
          •  2 - Better (generally 10-20 years old)
          •  3 - Good/Average (20-30 years old)
          •  4 - Fair/Poor (30-40 years old, needs renovation)
          •  5 - Poor (older than 40 years old)

The "District Assessment Map" explains the relative district assessment for each district by using the following descriptors:
          •  GREEN     - Districts with limited facility needs 
          •  YELLOW  - Districts with moderate facility needs 
          •  RED          - Districts with significant facilty needs
