The Health Insurance Administrative Manual has been designed to provide guidance to assure the proper administration of the Commonwealth Group Health Insurance Program. Its intended use is by Carriers, Insurance Coordinators, and other agency personnel that deal with the health benefits of eligible employees in the Commonwealth Group.
