Engineering Pipeline Request for Application (RFA)

Last Updated on Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at 5:01 AM

Kentucky legislation provides funding to both the Council on Postsecondary Education and the Kentucky Department of Education to support Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) Education initiatives throughout the state. The high school PLTW Pathway to Engineering and middle school Gateway to Technology programs have been identified as STEM initiatives for which funding is provided to establish and support these programs. This Request for Application (RFA) will allow local school districts to apply for a grant to establish an Engineering Pipeline initiative for secondary students to enter postsecondary related programs and related careers.
