This report is the result of Scholastic Audits or Reviews conducted during the 2000 - 2001 and the 2002 - 2003 academic school years. While this report does not represent a rigorous evaluation of all schools in Kentucky, the results can be used as a lens to focus efforts of schools, districts, the Kentucky Department of Education and other stakeholders as they work to have all schools at proficiency by 2014.
