There are many shortcut key combinations that can be used with Internet browsers such as Internet Explorer (IE). Here are a few that may save you some time:

- Pressing Alt and D moves the cursor to the address bar if you’d like to type in a new web address or modify an existing address.

- Pressing Ctrl and “+” or “-” increases and decreases, respectively, the size of the text displayed on a Web page.

- Pressing Backspace performs the same function as clicking the back button in IE.

- Pressing F1 displays IE help.

- Pressing F5 reloads or refreshes the Web page.

- Pressing F11 makes a Web page full screen.

- Pressing Ctrl and B opens your Internet bookmarks.

- Pressing Ctrl and F opens your Find box in the browser. The Find box allows you to search for text on a Web page.

- Pressing Alt and Home takes you to your homepage.

- Pressing the Up Arrow scrolls the visible page up.

- Pressing the Down Arrow scrolls the visible page down.

- Pressing Home takes you to the top of a Web page.

- Pressing End takes you to the bottom of a Web page.
