Third Party Checking

The Commonwealth Accountability Testing System is developed, administered and reported by CTB McGraw-Hill under contract to the Kentucky Department of Education. To assure validity and accuracy of the scores, the Department utilizes HumRRO to assist in the analysis and checking of student scores and accountability results produced by CTB. The reports are by testing year and provide findings on testing results.
