Administration Code for Kentucky's Educational Assessment Program 703 KAR 5:080 governs the administration by schools of the components of the Commonwealth Accountability and Testing System.  Last revised in June 1999, the regulation covers Appropriate Testing Practices in the areas of test security, procedures for reporting errors, classroom materials, administration practices, disciplinary practices and student motivation, writing portfolios, inclusion of special populations and alternate portfolios. Additional sections explain the process for addressing violations of the regulation, review of secure assessment components, and proper reporting of Nonacademic Indicators.
