The Kentucky Department of Education is testing a new Online Help feature for a limited time to see if it is useful to our customers.
Online Help operators will attempt to help you during the course of their regular work day, and are scheduled to be available weekdays between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. and between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. Operators may be available at other times as well.
In the event an operator is NOT available, you will be prompted to leave us a message. We will respond to your message as quickly as possible.
We welcome your input and feedback. After our evaluation period, we will determine whether it is feasible for us to continue offering this service. Toward that end, when your Online Help session ends, we will ask you to complete a three-question survey about your experience. We would appreciate your candid responses. Of course, you can always decline the offer to complete the survey.
Note: The Online Help function uses 'chat' technology to allow you to communicate live with our customer service representatives. If you have a pop-up blocker active in your Web browser, the online help feature will not work.
