The content within the site is organized by functions and programs. If you are looking for information about a particular subject, we suggest you start by typing that subject into the Keyword/Search box atop any page on the site. In most cases, you will find what you seek.
The site features several tools to help you find what you need. Among them are:
- a powerful search engine that is available at the top of every page and offers a keyword feature for certain pages (see our Search Tips page for a list of those keywords);
- a detailed site map;
- a "Headlines" section on the home page to help you find "new news" and noteworthy content quickly and easily; and
- a "Last Week's Top 10 Pages" section on our home page that leads you to the 10 most-visited pages of the previous week.
We've also included key links on the home page, including "Jobs," the Calendars, our popular "What's New" page, and a link directly to the Education Professional Standards Board for information about educator certification. We've also included home page links to two key resources, "Testing and Reporting," which leads to information about our statewide testing and accountability program, and "School Improvement," which leads to a host of resources for just that - improving schools.
