(FRANKFORT, Ky.) -- The Kentucky Board of Education will meet Wednesday and Thursday, April 7 and 8, in the State Board Room of the Capital Plaza Tower in Frankfort.
On Wednesday, the board will meet in full session beginning at 8:45 a.m. The board's committees will meet at 10 a.m., with the full board reconvening at 1 p.m. Additional committee meetings will be held at 1:45 p.m. On Thursday, the board's Curriculum and Assessment and Accountability committees will meet jointly beginning at 8:15 a.m. The board will meet in full session at 9 a.m.
Agenda items include a report on pending education legislation, discussion and review of items related to assessment and accountability and information on preschool funding rates.
