(FRANKFORT, Ky.) -- The Kentucky Board of Education will meet Wednesday and Thursday, October 5 and 6, in the State Board Room on the first floor of the Capital Plaza Tower in Frankfort.
On Wednesday, the full board will meet at 8:30 a.m. Committee meetings will begin at 3:45 p.m. On Thursday, the board's Audit Committee will meet at 8 a.m., and the full board will meet at 8:45 a.m.
Agenda items include dialogues with Gov. Ernie Fletcher and Paducah businessman Billy Harper, discussions about low-performing schools and discussion of the board's legislative priorities.
