Individual Graduation Plan Folders are designed for students to use in academic and career planning. The folder is designed to help students focus on the connection between course work and goals after high school. Folders provide space to record information pertaining to academic and career assessment, career goals, four year high school plan, interests/hobbies, school and community activities, and work experience.
