The 2003 high school graduation requirements allow for interdisciplinary or applied courses to substitute for specific academic courses. For students to receive a required math credit for the geometry core content taught in the construction technology program, an interdisciplinary construction technology/geometry course has been developed. The attached curriculum document indicates the alignment of the 23 required Geometry Core Content Standards with the Construction task list.
