Culminating Project
You will develop an exercise plan demonstrating four of the five components of fitness: aerobic endurance, muscular endurance, muscular strength, and flexibility. The plan will include descriptions of the four components and explanations for why specific exercises were chosen to target a particular component. You may choose from a variety of fitness plan formats including drawings, written directions, pictures from magazines, or audio- or videotapes.
