Culminating Project
You, as an artist and presenter, will make and present a poster to another class in a poster parade. The poster can be made from a variety of materials (e.g., paint, clippings from magazines, markers, crayons, cut-outs). Your poster will contain information about why children should not use tobacco products and persuade children not to start. It also will include different ways to say "NO." You will parade through several classrooms showing your poster and explaining your message.
In addition to the poster, you will choose one way to explain your poster. You may:
write a song
write a poem
write a short story
write a report
present an oral report
