Migrant English Language Learners

Migrant English Language Learners (ELLs) are K-12th grade students who in addition to being  identified as limited English proficient (LEP) are part of a federal entitlement program designed to provide supplementary education and human resources services to highly mobile children who are aged three (3) through twenty one (21).
