Kentucky School Laws Annotated has been published and distributed in accordance with KRS 156.240. It contains those provisions of the Kentucky Constitution and the Kentucky Revised Statutes pertaining to schools and education. The 2012 edition contains the new laws enacted by the 2012 Regular Session of the Kentucky General Assembly.
