In order for your AP courses to be fully recognized as AP and for your students to receive the KEES bonus for AP, it is important to
- list the correct state course codes (below) for these courses, and
- select AP in the Difficulty Level dropdown box.
Click here for a screen shot.
You will find 2 Ad Hoc reports in Infinite Campus under Ad Hoc Report –> State Published.
- AP Difficulty No AP Course Code – will show courses with AP Difficulty Level selected but no state AP course code. The correct state course needs to be added.
- AP Course Code No Difficulty Level – will list courses that have AP course codes but the AP Difficulty Level has not been selected.
These courses must have AP selected in the Difficulty dropdown box if students are to receive KEES bonus for AP courses.
If you run these ad hoc reports for an elementary school and courses are listed, it is likely that the course codes are incorrect for these courses. AP courses are typically found in high schools.
