The system uses multiple measures including student growth, artifacts, evidences, student voice surveys, peer observations, teacher self-reflection and classroom observations to evaluate an individual teacher's effectiveness and serve as a roadmap for the teacher's professional growth.
The goals of the system are to ensure every student is taught by an effective techer and improve teaching and learning across the commonwealth.
