Teach For America is a national nonprofit organization that recruits, trains and supports outstanding recent college graduates and young professionals who commit to teach for two years in urban and rural public schools and become lifelong leaders in expanding educational opportunity.
In Teach For America’s charter year in Kentucky, 30 corps members will enter classrooms in the Appalachia region to work alongside efforts already underway to ensure educational excellence and equity.
