Teachers are to be correctly connected to the students they teach through a course assigned to them in Infinite Campus. Correctly scheduling students in courses contributes to making informed instructional decisions, increasing educator effectiveness, and supporting the continuous improvement of teaching and learning.
A Teacher of Record in a Kentucky public school is a certified teacher who has been assigned the lead responsibility for the student's learning in a subject/course aligned to the Kentucky Academic Standards or Career and Technical Skill Standards Documents.
Rosters are created in Infinite Campus through the school's established scheduling process at the beginning of the school year. To ensure accurate teacher student data links, use the standard procedures for scheduling outlined in the videos and documents to the right.
All teachers should verify their rosters for accuracy within the first five days of school. This process should be repeated regularly throughout the year to maintain accurate rosters.
