The Kentucky Department of Education no longer requires the Alternate Assessment and Accountability Folder or AAAF to be kept as a requirement of the state. The decision to use the AAAF beginning in the fall 2020 will be a district decision only.
The AAAF may contain the following information if the district chooses to continue to use the folder:
- Student Information
- Teacher Code of Ethics
- Teacher Certificates
- Work Samples
- Attainment Task Scores and Additional Supports (if needed)
- Transition Attainment Record (TAR) Information (Required at grade 11; optional at grades 12 and 14.)
