Districts may submit their plans to KDE using this form.

​​Communications between KDE and districts/schools occur on a regular basis with staff who have elected to be a part of the Alternate Assessment E-mails.

Alternate Kentucky Assessment messages contain important deadlines, training opportunities and more.

In December 2019, the Alternate Assessment emails are being delivered via GovDelivery. Sign-up for these emails continues to be by request to dacinfo@education.ky.gov
