Applications developed to run from a users workstation supported by OET personnel.​

​DAR (District Audit and Review)

• Customer:  KDE
• Description:  District Audit Review is a MS ACCESS application that is used by evaluation (audit/review) team to collect scholastic data, analyze and produce reports. The audit team shall evaluate the district using the Standards and Indicators for School Improvement.

 

SAR (Scholastic Audit and Review)

• Customer:  KDE
• Description: Scholastic Audit Review is a MS ACCESS application that is used by evaluation (audit/review) team to collect scholastic data, analyze and produce reports. The audit team shall evaluate the school using the Standards and Indicators for School Improvement.

 

ESS (Extended School Services)

• Customer:  All School Districts
• Description: Districts extract the ESS data from IC District software and upload the csv files via web upload portal. The files uploaded by districts are then imported into MS ACCESS database using the ACCESS application and reports are generated of the data.

 

Medicaid

• Customer: All School Districts
• Description:  VB application to load the files data into SQL Server tables using DTS packages. The user compares the Dept of Medicaid Services data against the district submitted Medicaid data and generates reports using Crystal Reports.

 

Safe Schools

• Customer: KDE
• Description:  VB application to load the files data into SQL Server tables using DTS packages and generates Safety reports using Crystal Reports.

 

School Report Cards (PDFs)

• Customer:  All School Districts
• Description:  VB application that generates School Report Cards in PDF format using Crystal Reports.
