- Description: KET EncycloMedia is a Internet-based comprehensive learning service offered free to Kentucky public schools. It is result of a partnership between Kentucky Education Television and the Kentucky Department of Education. It offers teachers and students more than 4,000 videos, 40,000 video clips, and thousands of digital images, all searchable by key word, content area, grade level, and Kentucky academic standards.

Internet Access

- Description: This service provides KETS staff and students with access to the Internet. KETSVIEW measures network traffic and administers various charges according to business rules set up for different user categories and traffic sources. The service is automatically available to all KETS staff upon commencement of employment and students upon enrolment at school.
- Service Hours: 24 hours a day, Seven days a week, excluding scheduled maintenance windows via internet access is available via any computer connected to the network.

KSIS (Kentucky Student Information System)

Description: A statewide Student Information System to manage student data, plan for educational programs, monitor student performance, and comply with state and federal reporting requirements. OET provides Infrastructure support to the Infinite Campus system. Vendor support is provided through Infinite Campus.

Financial Systems (MUNIS)

- Description: MUNIS is the financial software package used in all 174 public Kentucky School Districts. Instructions, standards and explanations to provide consistent reporting of required school district financial information are provided. There are also links to other associated sources. The School Districts use these services when issues occur at the district involving Kentucky specific enhancements to MUNIS.
