Teachers and administrators will be the key to realizing our United We Learn vision. Our goal is to create a culture of continual improvement, experimentation and innovation that leads to the best outcomes for our students.
United We Learn is not a top-down mandate from the Kentucky Department of Education. The vision was guided from the ground up by listening to Kentucky teachers, students, families, administrators and community leaders. The process led us to prioritize three big ideas:
Each district will determine the best way to make the vision work for their regions. We will share best practices and experiences across school districts
to better understand what is working and whether good ideas in one district can be used in others.
