Published: 8/7/2024 9:15 AM

The Kentucky Department of Education (KDE) provides information to help parents understand their rights with respect to their children's education records and how the information is used and protected. Education data is used to guide parents, teachers, schools, districts and state leaders as we work together to improve student achievement so all children graduate ready for college and career. KDE is committed and dedicated to protecting student privacy and to ensuring children's online safety at school and at home.
