Kentucky public high schools use electronic transcripts (eTranscripts) to maximize efficiency for students and alumni. You can request transcripts and check the status of transcript orders directly through the Parchment system 24/7 at the Parchment website. Enter the high school attended to start your request.

High school eTranscripts are free to current students through August 30 of their graduating year. Alumni transcripts are available at a cost per transcript. Kentucky public colleges through the Council on Postsecondary Education (CPE) and the Kentucky Department of Education (KDE) subsidize eTranscripts to create efficiencies for students exploring and enrolling in postsecondary education.

The Kentucky Department of Education is not a source for transcripts. The school attended is always the best resource for transcript requests or questions. District and school contact information is available in the KDE Open House online directory.
