Data Extract Utility Client and Documentation resources are available to help districts switching to the new Data Extract Utility client.
Infinite Campus Release Schedule lists planned release dates. The schedule is also located on the KSIS home page.
Infinite Campus Mobile Portal Information is available to parents help access their student's data. The Infinite Campus Portal provides real-time data and is easy to use anytime, anywhere from an iOS or Android device.
Kentucky Beginning-of-Year checklist provides information on activities that need to be performed within Infinite Campus to have a successful start of the school year. (Updated 7/15/2024)
Kentucky End-of-Year checklist provides information on activities that need to be performed with Infinite Campus at the end of the school year. Following the steps will aid in successfully closing out the current year and preparing for the next school year. (Updated 4/11/2024)
KSIS Cloud District Technical Reference contains KDE technical guidance for districts that are implementing the SAML-based Active Directory integration feature of Infinite Campus, and advice for implementing data extracts and imports. This guidance is not intended to replace Campus documentation but rather to supplement it with Kentucky-specific information. (1/27/2020)
Military Connected Student Data Collection Form can be downloaded and customized to collect information about a parent or guardian who is currently serving as an active duty member of the U.S. armed forces. (Added 2/1/2018)
SSID Issues Form is used for submitting State ID (SSID) issues. Districts that have issues with duplicates, blended records, pending SSIDs, syncing issues and others will need to submit this form to resolve these issues.
State published ad hoc filters provide KSIS users with tools to filter, display and report specific database information based on defined criteria. The State Published Ad Hoc Filters list provides a description of the purpose of each filter. (Updated 2/14/2024)
