The Kentucky Department of Education (KDE), Office of Career and Technical Education (OCTE), Marion County Area Technology Center in Lebanon, Kentucky has an opening for an Allied Health Instructor.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Teaches occupational preparatory classes within a career and technical education program.
Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Requirements:
Must hold the Rank III Kentucky teaching certificate in the subject area to be taught;
OR
Must hold a Kentucky Statement of Eligibility in the subject area to be taught;
OR
Four years of appropriate work experience, two of which must be in the last five years.
Special Requirements:Requires a current RN license. Medical Administrative Office experience preferred.
In accordance with KRS 161.220 the applicant selected for this position will become a member of the Kentucky Teachers' Retirement System.
Salary dependent upon rank and experience. Applicants and employees in this classification may be required to submit to a drug screening test and background check.
