Kentucky is also in the process of sharing state specific guidance by organizing and creating additional support resources for educators. As part of the state’s response to the COVID-19 outbreak in the United States, the Kentucky Department of Education’s (KDE) Office of Special Education and Early Learning (OSEEL) is updating its guidance regarding dispute resolution processes available under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
