The Kentucky Education Technology System (KETS) Service Desk provides quality technical support to all Kentucky P-12 school districts & the Kentucky Department of Education. KETS Client Software Compatibility Matrix
The KETS Client Software Compatibility Matrix details the current status of vendor support for client software products running on specific Operating Systems and/or Internet Browsers.  This document lists the core KETS Enterprise software applications that are used and/or required to be used by all districts.

​Now you can create a Trouble Ticket using our online support request form.  Simply fill out as much information on the form as you can and a technician will contact you as quickly as possible.

You can also view your existing trouble tickets by logging into our Mid-Tier System. 
 

Remedy Mid-Tier System

This self-service tool also allows you to submit new trouble tickets directly to the Service Desk.
