IDEA Application for School Year 2024-25
The Kentucky Department of Education (KDE) is required to submit an application to the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) to receive federal funds under Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). This application is posted 60 days prior to submission to the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs for approval. The public has 30 days to comment. That period is from March 22, 2024, to April 22, 2024.
