IDEA Application for School Year 2024-25
The Kentucky Department of Education (KDE) is required to submit an application to the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) to receive federal funds under Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). This application is posted 60 days prior to submission to the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs for approval.
