The EPSB also accepts complaints of misconduct from members of the general public. To make a complaint of educator misconduct to the EPSB, please complete
the form and email to
epsbeducatorethics@education.ky.gov; fax to (502) 564-7080; or mail to EPSB, Attn: EPSB, 300 Sower Boulevard, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601. If a case is opened against an educator, the educator will be given a copy of the complaint. Please note that the EPSB does not accept anonymous complaints.
