The Kentucky Department of Education, Office of Career and Technical Education, Marion County Area Technology, Lebanon KY has an opening for a Facility Maintenance Worker II.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform maintenance duties throughout the ATC, make carpentry repairs to building and equipment.
Carry out janitorial duties to maintain building including but not limited to classrooms, offices, restrooms, and other adjacent areas.
Paint surfaces and operate machinery and equipment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants must have one year of building maintenance, grounds maintenance, general trades, skilled trades, or mechanical maintenance experience.

Salary: (Min-Mid) $2318.24- $3209.70 yearly at 37.5-hour work week, 12 months
