Professional Learning Standards

The Kentucky Professional Learning Standards (adopted October 2013), in conjunction with 704 KAR 3:035 and the Professional Learning Guidance, provide a framework for professional growth. The chart below provides descriptions and core elements of each standard, as well as links to learn more.

Data: Professional learning that increases educator effectiveness and results for all students uses a variety of sources and types of student, educator, and system data to plan, assess, and evaluate professional learning.
