KSIS School Report Card Resources

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​The Kentucky Department of Education released the 2023-2024 School Report Card (SRC) Suite in a phased approach. The assessment and accountability data was released in Open House on October 3, 2024 and the public SRC Dashboards was released as a soft launch on December 18, 2024. Financial Transparency data is released annually in the Spring after audited financial data is available. 2023-2024 is the first year of a new contract for the SRC dashboard and the site continues to be enhanced to improve accessibility and performance. Suggestions for SRC improvements are welcome through the SRC feedback tool. 

This page provides a calendar and collection of resources to help school districts prepare for the annual SRC release. As materials become available, the page will be updated.​

Timeline for 2023-2024 School Report Card​ Suite 

• Sept. 18 - Collector and School Profile tools opened to districts.
  
• Sept. 30 - Preview and Approval tools opened to districts.
• Oct. 1 -  School Profile Report should be available in the local board office.
• Oct. 1 - Embargo period opened for assessment/accountability data.
• Oct. 3 - Assessment/Accountability datasets publicly available​.
  
• Dec. 18 - Soft launch of SRC Suite Dashboa​rd site
  
• April - Financial Transparency collector and preview open to districts.
