Declaration of Participation

​​​The Declaration of Participation is used to identify the number of students enrolled in private non-profit and home schools within each district's boundaries and participation in specified federal programs. This collection is required by the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) and IDEA-B.​​

​The following federal programs participate in the Declaration of Participation:

​Districts complete this application annually within the Grant Management Application and Planning (GMAP) system.
