KSIS Online Registration

All districts in the state of Kentucky have free access to the Infinite Campus Online Registration Prime product as well as the Data Health Check up through the 2024-2025 school year.

Online Registration provides districts with a tool to manage the registration of new and returning students. Data is entered through the Campus Portal by the parents/guardians, and allows the updating of demographic information, contact information and other state and federally reported data.

Data Health Check is a tool districts can use to ensure that household, student and contact data is clean before implementing online registration.

Data Health Check Report – This report shows areas where data can be cleaned to ensure accuracy and increase overall data quality. It is recommended that tools be used prior to registration opening.
